The restaurants Parigi, Bistrot Parigi, and Nonno Ruggero present a fondue menu served exclusively at dinner. At Bistrot Parigi, the recipe features Gruyère, Fontal, Emmental, white wine, and vodka. Parigi and Nonno Ruggero offer two options: the Savoyarde, with traditional accompaniments served at the table, and a chocolate version with fresh fruit. Available daily at dinner time.
