Everyday, the kitchen staff harvests fruits, vegetables and herbs from the Boa Vista ranch to put together the daily specials. The menu brings a Brazilian touch to the classic Italian cuisine of the Fasano group.

On Saturdays, the Restaurant Boa Vista offers the traditional Brazilian meal called Feijoada. Besides the traditional Brazilian recipe, the buffet also features choices of salads and desserts.
